Appointments
- Using our website, you can reschedule or cancel your appointments up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
- To cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time, please call us for assistance.
Deposit Payments
- We require a deposit payment to reserve your service appointment. If deposit isn't received 24hrs after your appointment is made, your reservation will be canceled.
- Deposits are non refundable.
- Collected deposits may be non refundable, but applied as credit to future invoices.
